POLI-FLEX4600 is compatible with all current printers using Dye-based, Pigment- and ECO-solvent (with restrictions) inks.
The silicone paper liner allows even filigree motifs to be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing.
We recommend POLI-TACK 853 for the application process.
During the thermal transfer the printed surface must beprotected by a silicone paper or a release-coated casting paper. The primarily matt printing changes into a brilliant glossy finish with high definition within the thermal transfer
Important: POLI-FLEX4600 can only be ironed on the reverse side.
The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and workwear.
Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are notsuitable for heat transfer.
We recommend evaluation on test material.
Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability of course can only cover the unprocessed material.
